Prologue: Chibi Usa is about fourteen in this story, Diana is not just a kitten anymore either.
Crystal Tokyo: A soft winter wind ran through Chibi Usa's hair as she headed home from school. She might be a princess but she still liked to go to school with everyone else. Chibi Usa is not the little girl we last left her as. Now she is fourteen. "Hello Chibi Usa!" Diana smiled as she hopped over to her friend. Now Diana, as you might have guessed, is not a kitten anymore either. Chibi Usa smiled back at her cat. "I'm ok. I'm really getting excited about Christmas though." Diana laughed. "I'm glad." Chibi Usa stepped on the sidewalks of the streets of Crystal Tokyo followed by Diana."Good afternoon ladies." Chibi Usa smiled at Artemis, Diana's dad and Sailor Venus's cat. "Hi Daddy!" Luna popped her head out from behind Artemis."Hello Princess." Luna smiled. "Can we borrow Diana for a moment Chibi Usa? It's important." Chibi Usa bid good-bye to the three cats as they jogged to the Palace.Chibi Usa looked out over the city. She saw two of her friends, Haruka and Michiru walking near the palace. She was about to go visit with them but she saw how Haruka had her arm over Michiru. They were in their own world, just happy to be together. Nobody else mattered.Chibi Usa sighed sadly and sat down on a bench. "Why is it, that everyone has someone to love, but me?" She sighed again. "It's just not fair." She leaned back gently, running a finger through her pink hair. Chibi Usa was not paying attention when she accidentally bumped into a small figure with dark hair. "Oh!I'm sorry..." Chibi Usa began. The little girl looked up from the puddle of snow, dirt and slush she had fallen in. "You should be! Look! You ruined my dress! AH! And you ruined Marie's dress too!" She lifted up a doll that looked a lot like the girl to Chibi Usa's face."I said I was sorry..." Chibi Usa stumbled with her words. "I'm telling my mommy! You are so mean! You totally ruined Marie's dress!" She sniffed, caressing the porcelain face of the little doll. "Your gonna pay princess! And your little cat too!" The girl stood up. "I, the great Gigi! Never forget!" She yelled and ran off in the crowd."That... Was disturbing..." A voice said from behind the pink haired girl. She smiled and turned around to see her best friend Hotaru. "Hi ya Hotaru!" Chibi Usa smiled. "Who was with that girl?" Chibi Usa shrugged beats me. "Hotaru... not to change the subject... but... Hotaru... Have you ever felt alone in the world? Like nobody loved you?" Hotaru nodded. "You forget Chibi Usa-Chan. I felt like nobody loved me for a long time. You were my only friend." Hotaru put an arm over her best friend's shoulder. "Don't worry, whatever is wrong will get better. I promise."
Gigi Bedroom: A girl with wavy shoulder length black hair looked out over the city of Crystal Tokyo."That stupid Chibi Usa... Thinks she is so smart just 'cuz she's a little princess." She mumbled in a high pitched lisped voice. "I'm gonna fix her good. Nobody treats Gigi like that and gets away with it!"Gigi would be a cute little girl if she smiled once in a while. She had shoulder length black hair, a black skirt and shirt with high black boots. Her lips seemed permanently stuck in a pout. Her blue eyes sparkled with mischief. "Let's see... What would make her mad..." Gigi looked out the window down at the twinkling Christmas lights that covered the city. "Stupid blinking lights..." She thought. Suddenly an evil little grin formed over her face."That's it! I'm gonna take Christmas away!" Gigi jumped up and down happily then ran behind a pink curtain and ran out. She appeared dressed in a black ninja costume with only her blue eyes showing. "Come on Marie!" She said as she lifted a little doll with the same dark hair and blue eyes as her. "We're gonna go cause some trouble!"
Chibi Usa's Bedroom: Hotaru and Chibi Usa parted ways, Hotaru went to the home she shared with Michiru and Haruka, while Chibi Usa went to the palace.Chibi Usa sat down in front of a mirror in her room.She loosened her pink odangos and let her hair fall loose. She was a pretty girl, or at least so she was told. Chibi Usa never thought of herself as a beauty like her mother.She sighed and pushed a brush through her wavy hair.The young princess put down the brush and looked over the vanity for her favorite necklace that Minako had given her for her birthday.Her hand stopped and landed on a little bell that was behind a bottle of perfume. It was just sitting, gathering dust. As she lifted it off the counter between her fingers, a strange feeling of memories ran over her. She remembered her first kiss, a winged horse, a handsome young man who she hadn't seen in years...With a gasp, she abruptly put it down. But something made her pick it up again.Little did she know a ninja clad chibi was slitting behind her door. "So... That bell means something to her... I can feel it. Can't you Marie?" She whispered. She watched in silence as Chibi Usa stood up. She had on a white shirt and a short black skirt.Chibi Usa lifted the bell over her head and whispered. "Twinkle... Yell!"
Elysion: Chibi Usa reopened her eyes and looked around. She soon realized she was in Elysion..."Elysion... Helios!" She excitedly ran over to a cage where she saw a tall man with white-blonde hair bowing and praying.Helios heard her soft footsteps. He turned around and a bundle of pink hair wrapped her arms around him. Helios held her body close to his. Chibi Usa tried to release Helios but some how, her body would not let her..."Lady Usa... are you alright?" Helios asked, holding her tighter. Chibi Usa smiled up at him. "I'm fine... Just please, don't let me go."Chibi Usa felt his lips brush against her cheek. "Don't worry Maiden... I'll never let go." He whispered in her ear.She lifted her head from her chest some. "I like the way you feel... Soft and warm. I feel safe. I want to stay like this forever."Helios brushed the bangs out of her face. "I feel the same way Chibi Usa... Do they still call you that?"Chibi Usa crinkled her nose. "I'm going to be called Chibi until I'm thirty!"Helios laughed. "How about I just call you Usa..." He asked her."Usa... Ok... Daddy used to call Mom Usa... I guess now I'm Usa. ... Usa" She said and gently put her head back on his chest.
Chibi Usa's Bedroom: The little black ninja clad girl popped up. "That bell! It DOES have special powers! I told you Marie!" Gigi started humming the "Mission Impossible" song from an old American movie as she wandered around the room. She sneezed as she went through Chibi Usa's powder. Gigi hopped over to her drawers and began pulling stuff out. She lifted a pink bra and lifted her lip. "EWWWWW!" She screamed and slammed the drawer shut. "Chibi Usa?" A voice called through the door. Gigi gasped and hid behind a houseplant.Neo-Queen Serenity popped her head in the room. "Chibi Usa... Where is that girl!" She asked putting her hands on her hips. Gigi breathed out heavily as the door shut. "That was close, Marie! Next time YOU should be more careful!" Gigi... I mean Ninja Gigi, snuck out the door and out to the streets. "That bell is the key! I'm gonna steal her bell and make her buy me a new dress as ransom for it! That will ruin her Christmas!" Gigi laughed and ran down the street. A bunch of people watched as a short ninja carrying a matching doll ninja run away from the crystal palace. "Odd... It's not Halloween..." A couple mumbled and continued on.
Elysion: "I better go..." Chibi Usa pulled off Helios and looked at him gently. "I missed you Helios." Chibi Usa whispered looking at the floor.Helios lifted her chin. "And I too, beautiful maiden..." He kissed her lips gently and bowed down. "Good-bye Princess."Chibi Usa pulled her hand away from his. "Bye... Helios..." She whispered as she faded back to her room.
Chibi Usa's Bedroom: The next few days of Chibi Usa's life were a blur. She couldn't eat. Couldn't sleep. All her thoughts ran to Helios.She was laying on her bed when a knock came at the door. "Chibi Usa... It's me, Minako. Can I come in?" Minako popped in the room and plopped down on the foot of the bed. "So what's bothering you girl?" She asked."N... Nothing..." Chibi Usa stuttered."Come on! You should know, I'm the Senshi of Love and Passion! Luuuuuv Doctor Venus!"Chibi Usa gave Minako a strange look and smiled. Minako rolled her eyes. "Anyway, who is it?" Chibi Usa opened her mouth as if to say something then shut it. "No! Let me guess... Is it... I know! It's that cute guy with the brown hair that used to have a crush on Michiru when he was like, five! You know..." Minako snapped her fingers. "K... K... Kyusuke! That's his name!"Chibi Usa giggled and scrunched her nose."I guess not..." Minako thought again. "It's that horse guy? It's the horse guy! Helios!" The solider of love jumped up triumphantly."Mina-chan... What do I do?"Minako grabbed up the bell of Chibi Usa's vanity. "Go see him again! Tell him how you feel!" Chibi Usa shook her head. I need some time to think..." She ran out of the room.Minako put the bell down and shook her head. "What is with that girl..."
Palace Gardens: Chibi Usa brushed the tears out of her eyes. "I'm so stupid!" She mumbled."You can't see someone just once in years then declare eternal love!" She shook her head and sat on a bench in the gardens. "He must have thought me a desperate fool, coming down there and kissing him like that!""Chibi Usa dear where are you!" A soft voice called. Neo-Queen Serenity appeared in front of her. "What's wrong honey!" She said as she kneeled down on the soft grass. "Oh mom!" Chibi Usa wrapped her arms around the young Queen's neck. "Mom it's a long story..."
Gigi's Bedroom: Gigi fluffed her black hair. "There, I'm soooo happy! I figured out little Miss Princesses weakness!" She giggled and pulled a small object from the folds of her ninja suit. "It's the bell!" She lifted the bell over her head, "Now lets see... how did she do this... oh yes... Twinkle Bell!" She called but nothing happened.Gigi growled and put the bell in the air again. "Twinkel SMELL!"Gigi slammed the bell on the floor."What am I doing wrong!"Gigi blushed and picked it up. "Whoops... MARIE! You should have told me I was saying it wrong! TWINKEL YELL!"
Elysion: Helios brushed his white hair over an ear. He couldn't concentrate on his work, for his thoughts kept traveling back to Chibi Usa. Helios knew that he couldn't be in a relationship with her no matter how much he cared, because he was there to protect the Earth. He couldn't leave his position for personal pleasure. Deep in thought, he didn't notice a little black clad figure pop over behind the cage he worshiped from. SLAM! Helios turned around to see the door slam shut and see the little girl jumping around giggling. "Hehe! I got ya!" Gigi taunted, sticking her tongue out at Helios. "Look little girl, I don't know who you are or why you are here but can you please let me out?"Helios asked soothingly. "NO!" She screamed laughing. "Not till I get a new dress from Small Lady!" Helios had no idea what this psychopathic little girl was saying but played along. "Let me out of the cage and I'll make sure that she gets you a new dress." He coaxed. "Hum... Lemme think... NO!" Gigi laughed. "Better call that pink haired girlie here to talk if you ever want out!" Gigi giggled mockingly and disappeared. Helios sighed and kneeled down. "Chibi Usa... Small Lady... Hear me..."
Palace Gardens: Chibi Usa sniffed as she finished telling her mother about Helios. The queen nodded gently and smiled. "Honey, If you love him, no obstacle is to great, no ocean to deep, no mountain to high to keep you apart. Just tell him how you feel." Chibi Usa shook her head. "But Mom... He doesn't act like he loves me but as a sister!" Neo-Queen Serenity smiled again. "Trust me Chibi Usa, men are some of Gods strangest creatures, that is just his way of telling you he loves you." Chibi Usa hugged her mother. "Thank you." As she hugged her, a strange voice filled her head..."Chibi Usa... Small Lady... Help me..."Chibi Usa pulled away and gasped. "Helios is in trouble! I have to help him!" Chibi Usa ran to her room only to find her bell missing. Her mother ran in behind her. "Don't worry, go get Hotaru to help teleport to Elysion to save him!" Chibi Usa nodded. "Right! ETERNAL MOON MAKE UP!" She cried and transformed into Eternal Sailor Chibi Moon. She pressed a few buttons on a communicator and called Hotaru over, together the two Eternal Soldiers teleported to Elysion.
The Gates of Time: From the misty dimension between time, a solider dressed in black watched from above."Oh Small Lady... I knew this love would bring trouble. It's all my fault for not telling you..." She whispered and watched the duo disappear into Elysion...
Gigi's Bedroom: Meanwhile, Gigi sat in her room having a tea party with Marie."So... We got that guy captured... Now what?" She asked the doll while pretending to sip from a plastic teacup.Suddenly, a beeping sound started. "Finally! He called her! Now we have that girl right where we want her Marie! She'll have to buy me a new dress!" Gigi went over to a trunk beside the four poster bed and pulled out a potion. "Look Marie, this potion will make me a grown-up, just like the princess so we can be even!" Gigi sniffed the potion. "Eww it smells yucky... but I'll drink it..." She put the black vile up to her mouth and gulped down the red liquid. As soon as she did, she became taller, her hair longer and her body mature. The woman released a wicked laugh. "Lookie at me Marie! I grew up fast huh?" She giggled again and left for Elysion...
Elysion: Chibi Moon released Eternal Sailor Saturn's hands and ran over to the silver cage. "Helios!" She called. "Usa..." He reached his arms out and touched her hands. "This is pretty embarrassing!" He laughed. "Being captured by a little girl!" Chibi Usa laughed too. "Don't worry, I'll get you out.""Not so fast there..." Chibi Usa spun around to see a tall dark haired woman with a flowing black dress. "'Member me?" Chibi Usa's eyes widened. "Your that kid that I accidentally knocked over today!""Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner!" The woman laughed. "You'll pay for that dress with more then money!" She laughed. "Oh no she won't!" A voice cried. Gigi turned to see Sailor Saturn's Silence Glaive about to slice into her neck. "I wouldn't move if I were you!" Gigi ignored the threat and quickly grabbed the weapon away from the girl's hands. "Hehe I got faster too!" She laughed, snapping the glaive in two. Saturn fell to her knees next to the ancient weapon. "My Glaive..." She whispered. "How..." Gigi giggled and spun around. "I'm soooo good at this!" "Amazoness Jungle Arrow!"Suddenly, a light smacked Gigi in the back of the head. "Don't you know? Sailors don't die, we MULTIPLY!" She turned to see A Sailor Suited girl with blue hair. Laughing at her. "Exactly! We are the Asteroid Senshi!" A pink haired one called."Sailor Ceres!""Sailor Pallas!""Sailor Juno!""Sailor Vesta!"Gigi stood up and rolled her eyes. "Enough poetic moments... Lets see what your made of!" Chibi Moon smiled and ran over to join the Asteroid Senshi."Thanks for coming girls! You really saved us!""No prob!" Sailor Juno said, "Now lets get to it!""Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss!"The five attacked Gigi who returned with a blast of dark energy.From a distance, the purple clad senshi watched. Sailor Saturn lifted the two halves of the Silence Glaive. "Without this... I can't help my friends...""Don't give up!" Neo-Queen Serenity's faded figure appeared in front of her. "Keep fighting!" Saturn shook her head "But how!?""Just believe... Just believe!""Just believe..." Hotaru whispered and put the broken ends together. "I will help my friends!" She promised. As she did so, the Glaive magically came back together. She gasped, "The love I had for my friends... Gave my glaive the power!" Saturn looked and saw the group struggling to keep their attack going. Saturn gripped the weapon and screamed, Silence Glaive Surprise!Hotaru attacked Gigi, making her fall to the ground. Gigi screamed and transported away with Marie screaming, "ITS NOT OVER!"Chibi Moon and the Asteroid Senshi stood up and thanked Eternal Sailor Saturn. Sailor Saturn used her glaive to slice through the lock, releasing Helios. The priest ran over to his princess and the two embraced tightly.Ceres smiled and motioned to the others to leave them alone.Chibi Usa and Helios barely noticed the other girls had left. Helios lovingly pushed Chibi Usa's bangs out of her eyes. "I love you Helios... I just want to stay like this forever..." The young girl whispered. Helios kissed her head softly. "I feel the same way Usa... But we can't keep dong this. I have a job to do. I can't leave this place! We can't be together. We have already gone too far..." Chibi Usa silenced him with a kiss. As Helios returned it, he felt her soft tears against his cheek. "Please Usa..." He whispered as he pulled his lips back and pressed his forehead against hers. "Don't cry..."Gently, the man wiped the tear away with his thumb. Helios reached around his neck and removed a thin silver chain. At the center of the chain, a white crystal was set. Helios put the object gently around her neck. "Keep me in your heart, Maiden" He placed a finger over her heart.Chibi Usa held him tighter. "I will never forget you..." Helios kissed her neck and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Usa... you smell so sweet... I want to keep every smell, every curve, everything about your body and mind close to me but I can't... Please, go." He tried to let go but neither his body nor hers would comply.
The Gates of Time: Setsuna watched them exchange soft loving kisses. She peered through a window that only she had access to, from the Gates of Time. She could see all, know all and she knew this was not good.Helios was born as she, destined to protect something. There is no time for love. Setsuna had long suspected their feelings but did nothing.You see, there are several Guardians in this solar system, destined to guard something vital to life. Each was immortal, like herself.The other soldiers were Sailor Lethe, guardian of the river of oblivion and the planet Lethe.Mnemosyne, guardian of the river of memory and planet Mnemosyne.Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon, Solider of Butterflies and the Grave Yard of the Stars.Sailor Chi and Phi, Star Gardeners, of the Garden of the Stars.As you may or may not remember, when Sailor Moon, the Starlights, Kakyuu and Chibi Chibi, were going to the Zero Star of Sagatarious to destroy Sailor Galaxia, they met up with the four just mentioned. (Authors Note~ REAL SENSHI FROM MANGA) They were all killed, but as with all Sailor Soldiers, they were reborn. Now they have all memories and are tending to their duties.Phobos and Dimonos, Rei's crows, were turned into humans last time we met with Helios and when Rei was in deep trouble with the Dead Moon Circus. Lead Crow killed Phobos and Dimonos. They were Sprites. Phobos and Dimonos made it their duty to protect the Royal Family of Mars.The Asteroid Senshi, protectors of Chibi Moon and her Sailor Team.The Cauldron Guardian, a solider that once had a Star Seed as bright and beautiful as Sailor Moon's. Now she guards the Cosmos seed and was once the one that sent all evil unto the world. She was saved by Sailor Moon, released from the evil form of Chaos.Of course, there is also Helios... Sadly, Helios was Elysion's priest, protector of King Endymion. He could not give up his position. Even if he and the Small Lady did marry, they could never be together. There children would grow, not knowing their father.Setsuna sadly turned from the scene. She did not want to, but she knew she must stop them. As Sailor Pluto lifted her Garnet Rod and prepared to stop them, she glanced back through the window. She saw how happy they were. What could one last night of each other's love hurt? She ran her hand over the window, fogging it's view.
Chibi Usa's Bedroom: The next day, Chibi Usa woke in her room. She could still feel his heart against hers. The young princess stood up and prepared to go down for breakfast. As she did, she looked over and noticed that it was Christmas Eve, and she didn't even know it!A knock came from her door. "Come in." She said. "Morning!" Diana said cheerfully. "Today, we aren't thinking of Helios or that Gigi girl! Today is for fun, it's Christmas! Come on, we're going to see the other Sailor Soldiers in an hour!"Diana's happiness lifted Chibi Usa's spirits. Maybe today wouldn't be so bad...
Palace Ballroom: Chibi Usa pulled her hair in pigtails and put on a pink dress. Her parents where having a party for Christmas. Chibi Usa didn't feel much like going but she had to as the Princess. She looked around and saw her parents speaking with Michiru, Haruka and several people who she did not recognize.As she continued to survey the area, she saw the other Sailor Soldiers, each doing there own thing.Chibi Usa stood in the corner sadly, when suddenly, she felt someone tap her shoulder. She turned to see Helios standing there. Chibi Usa wrapped her arms around him happily. "But you said we can't be together..." Helios looked away. "We can't... I just... I had to come..." Helios took her hand and the couple walked onto the terrace. "Chibi Usa... no, Usa. I had to tell you something, that's why I came here. I just... I wanted to see you one last time..." Chibi Usa shook her head, "Don't you love me Helios?" Helios placed a hand on her cheek. "Maiden, I will love you until the stars fall from the sky." Helios leaned forward and kissed her softly, then turned and ran away.A dark figure stopped him in his tracks. "Stupid boy, I'm still after your little girlfriend, now, it's for blood, not a new dress." What once was the cute little Gigi, became a beautiful, evil woman. Gigi threw a dark orb of electricity at Helios... "SILENCE WALL BLOCK!"Somehow, Sailor Saturn was just in time to block the energy. Chibi Usa transformed into Sailor Chibi Moon. "Chibi Usa!" Hotaru called. "Use the crystal to turn her back to a normal girl!" Chibi Moon nodded and lifted the crystal out of its compact, the same stone that defeated Metalia, The Doom Phantom, Pharoh 90, Nethria, Galaxia. The same stone which had saved the world many times over.Chibi Usa lifted the crystal over her head and shut her eyes. A powerful light focused all its energy at Gigi. Gigi returned with a similar attack of black light. Chibi Moon's powers began to fail, then she felt her body growing stronger. She looked and saw the Asteroid Senshi and Hotaru holding hands in a circle around her, loaning there energy.The light grew larger and pushed closer to the evil enemy. Still, not enough though... Then her powers grew greater and she re-opened her eyes again. Chibi Usa looked to see another circle had formed around the first. This outer circle had all the other senshi, plus her mother and father, hands linked, sending all their power to Chibi Moon. Chibi Moon closed her eyes and thought of Helios, his love, kisses and hugs. The light grew stronger and engulfed the screaming woman. "NOOOO" Gigi cried as her body shrunk back to normal size and floated to the earth. The Senshi released each other and walked over to the little girl. "All this... Over a dress?" Sailor Pallas asked. "We should probably find her parents and return her home..." Sailor Juno said, lifting the body of the girl. "Good Idea..." Chibi Usa agreed softly. "It's Christmas Eve... All Children should be home with the ones they love on Christmas Eve." The Asteroid Senshi left to find Gigi's real parents.Queen Serenity hugged Chibi Moon lovingly. "You did it!" Her father smiled. "Yes, you are a true Sailor Solider Now..." Sailor Mars winked at her. "Knew you could do it!" Mercury nodded. "Sorry we came so late to help!" Venus grinned "Way to go!""Yea!" Jupiter agreed. She looked over to her left and saw Sailor Pluto smiling at her, and then she turned to go back to her post. Sailor Neptune, Uranus and Saturn were standing, smiling softly at her. As everyone prepared to go into the palace, Chibi Usa stopped. It was snowing. "Snow!" She exclaimed out loud. She turned around and saw Helios standing, looking at her. Chibi Usa walked over to him. "Pretty cold... Huh?" She mumbled... "Wanna come inside..." Helios took Chibi Usa's hand and pulled her towards him. "I love you... Somehow... We'll be together someday..." Chibi Usa kissed Helios as the snow fell softly around them, but they weren't cold, they were warm as long as they were together...
